Massage at Free Spirit is a wonderful way to escape daily stresses, manage chronic pain, boost your immune system, and much more!

We are here for you whether this is your first massage or your fiftieth. Feel free to ask questions or request aromatherapy and favorite techniques. You may have different concerns each time you come in, and we pride ourselves on working with you to create a session that is just what you need.

Total Surrender Massage

A full body Swedish massage—smooth, even, rhythmic strokes—to quiet your mind and relax your body. Pressure can be light or deep, depending on your preference. Each practitioner may blend non-Swedish techniques, depending on her training and your needs, into this soothing, rejuvenating treatment. Put your tired, stressed out body into our healing hands. Your spirit will surrender to a peaceful balance and your tension will melt away.

Deep Tissue/Corrective Massage

A more targeted technique, useful for injuries, chronic pain, stiffness and reduced range of motion. Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and other modalities address scar tissue and work to realign muscle fibers. Swedish massage is used during your session to relax muscles and transition between areas of focus.

Mommy Marvel Pregnancy Massage

Relieve stress and tension as you prepare for motherhood. A much needed retreat for your 2nd or 3rd trimester. Quiets your mind as it relieves the discomfort of your changing body. Reduced stress benefits mother and child. As an added treat, we use pure organic Shea Butter to hydrate, help promote elasticity and prevent stretch marks. Enhance your glow!

Hot Stone Massage

Basalt stones are heated and placed on your body to relax your muscles and realign your energy. Additional heated stones are used to perform massage strokes for a deeply therapeutic and relaxing experience.

Massage Cupping

Cupping massage is a modified version of Chinese cupping therapy. Glass or plastic cups are applied using either heat or a vacuum to create suction. The cups are then used to massage specific body parts, stimulating blood and energy flow, loosening adhesions, and lifting connective tissue.

"Best Friends Foot Scrub Special"

Sundays & Mondays only: Side by side foot scrubs and massage, followed by an intensive moisturizing foot treatment. Catch up on the latest gossip with your best friend, or engage in a couples or mother-daughter bonding session. 30 minutes--$30.00

Scrubs~

Scrubs start with a Dead Sea salt, raw sugar, or ground coffee exfoliant infused with essential oils, botanicals, and pure plant oils. The scrub is rubbed over your body to help exfoliate the skin and stimulate the senses. Your treatment is finished with a relaxing massage to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. (Allow 75 minutes) $85.00

Lavender Fields

Raw sugar hydrates and exfoliates, while lavender essential oil, and lavender flowers help you relax and create a peaceful balance while encouraging healthy blood flow.

Hazelnut Mocha

Ground coffee, cocoa powder & astringent (yet moisturizing) Hazelnut oil are combined in this "truly Northwest" scrub. Great for oily skin and full of anti-oxidants to combat aging and skin damage.

Chocolate Bliss

A real indulgence without the guilt! Velvety Dead Sea salts are mixed with chocolate scented oil for a rich, skin pampering experience.

Wraps~

Wraps start with an exfoliating scrub. Then we apply a nourishing skin treatment and cocoon you safely in warmth so the nutrients can really penetrate. Wraps have traditionally been used to stimulate detoxification, jumpstart metabolism, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. (Allow 75 minutes) $90.00

Chocolate Mousse

A chocolate treat that actually reduces the appearance of cellulite. We begin with a Dead Sea salt and chocolate oil exfoliating scrub. Then you are wrapped in a delicious chocolate mousse, containing anti-oxidant-packed cocoa powder, detoxifying clay, and nourishing aloe. We finish with a decadent chocolate oil massage.

Sayonara to Cellulite

A neroli (orange blossom) body scrub prepares your skin for a highly concentrated seaweed gel. While your mind is taking a vacation, your body is being stimulated to reduce the appearance of cellulite, promoting tonicity and firmness. This is an escape you will want to say "hello" to again and again.
